PHASE 1: STRATEGIC REVIEW. Our staff starts by meeting with regional and country managers to gain a deep understanding of the key strategic and tactical elements of the company's brand strategy in Vietnam. If appropriate, we work to refine and augment that strategy, tailoring it based on our knowledge of local conditions “on the ground” in Vietnam, of competitive dynamics within the target industry, of the relative benefits of various marketing tools, and the local preferences and tastes of Vietnamese consumers. PHASE 2: CREATIVE THINKING. We co-develop with the client a dynamic and creative campaign, working as needed with advertising agencies, media buying, and research firms that are part of the client's brand team. We work to coordinate communications themes for the target media, the artwork at the event, or the layout of a product sampling day at a client outlet. Our events have been recognized nationally and internationally for their innovation and effectiveness. PHASE 3: FLAWLESS EXECUTION. One of the particular strengths of AVC is our ability to seamlessly manage and deliver marketing campaigns for our clients. Our public relations managers have such well developed relationships with the local media that they can have a very quick and significant impact on the public's perception of brands and products.
